Project update

Monument Way is a forthcoming development of 54 new, high-specification affordable homes being provided along Fairbanks Road by Newlon Housing Trust. All the homes will be offered on an affordable rented basis and will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom maisonettes

The development of Monument Way is underpinned by the key principles of providing much needed new affordable homes, ensuring the design integrates with the existing environment and improving the existing public realm. The development will provide a landscaped ‘buffer’ along Monument Way, in addition to new pedestrian connections onto Fairbanks Road.

Developer

Newlon Housing Trust is a charitable, not for profit housing association, founded in 1968. Newlon is based at Hale Village in the heart of Tottenham Hale. It has played a leading role in the regeneration of Tottenham, with awarding winning projects at Hale Village, Tottenham Town Hall and Cannon Road.
