News on Projects underway

United Living will be closing one lane of Fairbanks Road from 7am on Saturday 23 October until Sunday 24 October. This is to remove the tower crane from the Welbourne project. The parking bays that are currently suspended will remain suspended but there will be no additional suspensions.

Traffic will still be able to enter and exit Fairbanks Road via the open lane, it will be controlled by stop/go Traffic Marshalls. The works will be completed, and restrictions removed by 5pm on Sunday 24 October.
